Mulled wine recipe: White Winter Hug


Want to serve mulled wine this Christmas? Well then our friend, we got just the right recipe for you.

7 dl brewed Bear Hug from NORD-T
3 dl Moscato d'Asti (choose the sweetest one)
3-4 Cinnamon Quills
½ Vanilla quill

For decoration:
1 Piece of fir (or rosemary if you can't find fir from the woods)
Frozen lingonberries

How to:
Brew Bear Hug using loose leaf tea bags. Use 4 teaspoons for 7 dl of water. Add the cinnamon quills and vanilla quill to tea pot. Brew all together for 4 min. Warm up Moscato d'Asti, but do not boil it! Remove tea leaves, pour ready brewed tea (along with cinnamon and vanilla) to warm Moscato d'Asti. Simmer for 20-30 min. Pour your drink in to a mug and use fir & lingonberries for decoration. Hint: if you use rosemary remember to twist the branch so you get more flavour out of it.
