Shipping & Handling


We will process your order as soon as it has been verified and your payment approved. This takes approximately 3-5 business days; not including weekends or holidays. 

After processing, the orders are shipped from the NORD-T warehouse located in Helsinki, Finland. You can also come to our office in Helsinki and pick up your tea. Please contact us before arrival.

Once your tea package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow its path to your home on POSTI, GLS or DHL pages.

We currently offer shipping to following countries: 
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.

All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us at and we will do our utmost to get your order delivered as fast as possible, like all of our deliveries.

We do not offer direct online shopping to other countries yet. If you cannot find your homeland on the list, send us an email to and we'll see if we could help you out.


We carefully inspect your order before we ship it off. But if your order is not exactly what you expected, just send it back to us un-opened within 14 days of receipt and we'll happily provide a refund or exchange. The cost of getting the package back to us is yours but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you.

Prices and taxes

Prices are affected by whether or not you order inside the European Union (outside the EU you don't pay VAT). In Finland, like most other countries in the EU, we have VAT, Value Added Tax. It is nominally 14 %, for tea (or generally for all food items).

EU residents might think they pay more, but that's not the case - if you order outside the EU, you will usually have to pay local VAT and whatever customs duties your country might charge.

We are using Stripe for our online payment processing, which is connected to our Squarespace commerce account. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
