Shipping & Handling

 

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 3 -5 business days; not including weekends or holidays. 

After processing, orders are shipped from the NORD-T warehouse located in Helsinki, Finland. 

Once your tea package is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow it's path to your home on http://www.posti.fi/private/ or https://gls-group.eu/

We currently offer shipping to following countries: 
Finland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Poland, France, Romania, Sweden, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia

All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us at hello@nord-t.com and we will do our utmost to get your order delivered as fast as possible, like all of our deliveries.

Please note that all costs related to local customs are not covered by NORD-T.

Return

We carefully inspect your order before we ship it off. But if your order is not exactly what you expected, just send it back to us un-opened within 14 days of receipt and we'll happily provide a refund or exchange. The cost of getting the package back to us is yours but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you.

Prices and taxes

Prices are affected by whether or not you order inside the European Union (outside the EU you don't pay VAT). In Finland, like most other countries in the EU, we have VAT, Value Added Tax. It is nominally 14 %, for tea (or generally for all food items).

EU residents might think they pay more, but that's not the case - if you order outside the EU, you will usually have to pay local VAT and whatever customs duties your country might charge.

Payment methods

We are using Stripe for our online payment processing, which is connected to our Squarespace commerce account. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
